We provide residential and commercial concrete services including (but not limited to):

  • Concrete driveways
  • Patios and walkways
  • Foundations and slabs
  • Decorative and stamped concrete

2. Estimates and Payments

  • Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • A signed agreement is required before starting work.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in the client agreement.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure access to the job site
  • Communicate any changes or issues in a timely manner

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massillon Concrete Craftsmanship Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

6. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and may offer warranties depending on the service. Warranty terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Damage due to misuse, natural wear, or third-party interference is not covered.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if there is a breach of agreement, unlawful activity, or abusive behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
